Completing the Career Services activities identified as HIEEs will help you along your path in the Wildcat Advantage Program as well as helping you prepare for a future career.



Complete an internship as part of an INT course for credit, or show proof that you completed a non-credited internship.

Work as a student employee on campus and complete the Career Ready Guide to help you develop and articulate NACE competencies, develop goals and timelines with your supervisor, and more.

Meet with a Career Mentor virtually or      in-person at the Career Station and develop/review your Handshake or LinkedIn profile. Also, complete one or more of the following: resume review, cover letter review, or mock interview.

Major & Career Navigation Program

Take a career interest assessment and attend a workshop, conduct the assigned research, and conduct 3 informational interviews based on your top career/major choices.
