Career Services HIEE's
Completing the Career Services activities identified as HIEEs will help you along your path in the Wildcat Advantage Program as well as helping you prepare for a future career.

Internships
Complete an internship as part of an INT course for credit, or show proof that you completed a non-credited internship.

R.E.A.L. Projects
R.E.A.L. Projects consist of interdisciplinary student teams working on a semester length project submitted by companies and organizations interested in working with WSU students.

Career Ready Guide
Complete the online Career Ready Guide to help you develop and articulate 8 NACE Career Readiness Competencies actively sought after by employers across all industries, and reflect on your experience.

Career Station
Meet with a Career Mentor virtually or in-person at the Career Station and review your online profile on Handshake or LinkedIn. Also, complete one or more of the following: resume review, cover letter review, or mock interview.

Major & Career Navigation Program
Take a career interest assessment and attend a workshop, conduct the assigned research, and conduct 2informational interviews based on your top career/major choices.
