Need help researching careers?

Our Career Library has an extensive collection of information on:

  • Career Planning
  • Info by Major
  • Employment Opportunities
  • Graduate School Preparation
  • Internship Information

 We have a few computers to give you internet access to the best job-searching websites and
 career- related material. If you need help navigating your career search, you can set up an
 appointment in Wildcat Handshake through your eWeber portal

 The Career Library is located within the main Career Services office. Feel free to come on in
 during our office hours which are 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. on Monday through Thursday,
 and 7:30 am-4:30 p.m. on Friday. We close at 4:30 Monday-Friday during summer semester.

Career Researching

  • Occupational Outlook Handbook (OOH)
    OOH is put out by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and provides information about occupations. Use this website to research various careers and employment statistics.

  • Career OneStop
    Career OneStop is a resource that can help you identify occupational descriptions, job-searching tactics, education information, and position listings.

  • Occupational Information Network (ONET)
    A site created by the US Department of Labor, containing thousands of occupational definitions to help match job seekers with jobs.

Graduate School Information

  • Masters Programs
    Interested in learning about graduate programs across the country? Check out Find A Masters Degree online. It has information on a variety of graduate programs to assist you in deciding which school to attend.
