Collection Department

The Collection Department conducts orientation, counseling, exit interviews, loan billing, and collections relating to the Federal Perkins Student loan program, Short Term Institutional loans, and Pell Grant over-awards and tuition repayment. We are also responsible for the collection defaulted accounts from other University Departments, ie. returned checks, Bookstore, Multi-Cultural Services, Library, Telecommunications, Housing, Cashiers etc.
