About Us
Mission
To support high-quality arts learning experiences at Weber State University and across the state of Utah.
Vision
In 2013, the Telitha E. Lindquist College of Arts & Humanities and the Jerry & Vickie Moyes College of Education established a collaborative dedicated to arts learning at Weber State University. The Arts Learning Collaborative supports high-quality arts learning experiences through professional development, advocacy, research, and community partnerships. This endowed program was made possible by the Sorenson Legacy Foundation.
Weber State University is a proud university partner supporting the legislatively-funded BTS Arts (a statewide elementary arts integration program).
The Arts Learning Collaborative provides year-round professional development and an annual Arts Integration Conference that offers hands-on learning experiences in arts learning and arts integration for K-12. The Arts Learning Collaborative also supports ArtsBridge, BTS Arts Internships, arts education courses, and community projects that nurture the arts.
