Emily Hartung

Hi, I'm Emily. I'm a senior at Weber State, working on a Bachelor of Criminal Justice with an emphasis in CSI. I have been a lifeguard for 6 years. I swam competitively in high school for 4 years. I truly love to get in the water especially as it gets warm and I can't wait for your little ones to love the water too!

Clancie Ramos

Hi, I'm Clancie. Having a background of competitively swimming for the past 10 years means that I can teach any level! I do prefer to teach kids that are just learning how to swim, because they are so much fun. I love seeing the growth of barely sitting in the water to being able to jump in and swim to me all by themselves. Swimming has always been my passion and I'd love to teach your kids to fall in love with the water as well!

Rebekah Bechel

I have been teaching swim lessons here since January 2020, I love working with kids. I am WSI and Lifeguard certified through the Red Cross. My favorite color is purple. I love traveling, my favorite National Parks are Yellowstone and Glacier. My favorite classic book is Emma by Jane Austen. I am studying to be a dental hygienist here at Weber.

Jillian Griffiths

Hi, I’m Jillian! I’m currently studying radiology here at Weber State. I’m a Red Cross certified lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor. With five years of competitive swimming experience, I have grown to love the water and teaching others to love it too! I value creating a safe and welcoming environment for children of all ages and levels to become comfortable with the water, as well as develop their strokes and technique. I hope to help your children to become confident swimmers and achieve their personal best!

Madison Carter

Hey, y'all! I'm Madison! I've been lifeguarding and a swim instructor for 5 years now. My happy place is the water, whether that be jet skiing, wake boarding, paddle boarding, or just swimming. I've been swimming since high school and I even swam for 2 years at BYU-Idaho before transferring to Weber! Chick-fil-A and Dr. Pepper are the loves of my life.

Abi Krull

Hi! I’m Abi. I’m studying pre-dentistry and Spanish here at Weber State. I love the water and have been swimming competitively for 8 years. I love teaching all ages to swim. My favorite part about teaching lessons is seeing both adults and kids go from being scared of the water to loving it. I can’t wait to see you at the pool!

Kate Thompson

Hi, I’m Kate. I’m a Zoology major at Weber State and I also work as a lifeguard and swim instructor. I’ve been swimming my entire life and love to be in and around the water. I look forward to meeting new people and sharing my enthusiasm for swimming!

Caige Sothern

I've been a dedicated swim instructor for the past two years, sharing my passion for swimming and water safety with students of all ages. Guiding beginners through their first strokes and helping advanced swimmers refine their techniques has been a rewarding experience. My goal is to foster a love for swimming while ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
