Aqua Fitness Classes

Join us for a drop-in Aqua Fitness session. This is a great workout for everyone. No swimming is required and benefits include:

  • Increased flexibility with low or no impact on your joints
  • Increased stamina and strength
  • Muscle toning and weight control
  • Improved physical and mental well-being
