Aqua Fitness Classes

Join us for a drop-in Aqua Fitness session. This is a great workout for everyone. No swimming is required and benefits include: increased flexibility with low or no impact on your joints, increased stamina and strength, muscle toning and weight control, and improved physical and mental well-being.

This class is great for people that need a low impact exercise. Classes are free with your wildcard or $7 per class without.  You may also purchase 10-punch passes or unlimited semester passes here
