About the Aquatics Program

Swenson pool features a 6 lane, 25-yard pool with a minimum depth of 4ft in the shallow end and 8ft in the deep end. Our pool is ADA accessible and offers men's and women's locker rooms as well as a single-occupancy family locker room. 

The Aquatics Program Offers:

  • Drop-in lap swim
  • Open swim
  • Swimming lessons for all ages
  • Lifeguard services for academic classes & rental groups
  • Other Campus Recreation programs: Swim Club, AquaFit classes, & special events (such as the Annual Turkey Triathlon)
  • A few times a year help facilitate The American Red Cross Lifeguard Training & Water Safety Instructor Training

Access to Swenson Pool

Anyone with a valid Weber State ID card can swim at the pool free of charge. Community members can purchase a $6 day pass at the building entrance, or purchase a gym membership, which includes the pool.
