Weber State University departments and offices can take advantage of these ways to advertise their events and services at WSU Davis.

Davis Campus News

The Davis Campus News is a weekly email sent every Monday to WSU Davis faculty, staff and students during the fall and spring semesters. This is a quick and easy way to get your promotional materials to the campus populations all at once.

WSU Davis Campus Facebook

Is social networking just the thing for your service and/or event? Look no further and post your flyer or graphic with your service/event information to the WSU Davis Campus Facebook page.

Davis events and services only.

Electronic Signage

Multiple electronic signs are located throughout Davis Campus. You can easily have your flyer, graphic or video posted. Post yours today!

Email your request to Aneisa Breinholt at aneisabreinholt@weber.edu .

Include the following in your email:

  • Posting start and end date
  • Video, graphic or flyer (1920pX1080p resolution, landscape format)
    • Videos should be no longer than one minute.
    • Any posting with sound must be closed captioned.
    • JPEG or PNG are preferred. PowerPoint or PDF are acceptable.
  • Indicate specific campus the event or service is for

WSU events and services only.

Two-week posting maximum. Work with Aneisa for longer postings.

Whiteboard Calendar

Located in building D2 and just down the hall from Davis Student Services, the whiteboard calendar is a fun and creative way to grab any passerby’s attention and a great tool to feature the bare bones of your event and/or service.

Banners: DSC Exterior or Interior Atrium Display

To advertise your department with large, eye-catching exterior or interior banners, please follow these steps:

  1. For design guidance visit the WSU brand website. If you'd like to request a banner from Marketing & Communications, please fill out the project request form. For questions, contact Creative Director Matt Zacher.

  2. Once the design process has finished and your banners have been ordered, contact Sonja Green, sonjagreen@weber.edu, or Nancy Jeffery, nancyjeffery@weber.edu, to schedule display.

Bulletin Boards

Need to post a flyer? Look no further. There are multiple bulletin boards located in the D2 and DSC hallways and stairwells for flyer postings.

8.5X11-inch flyer size is preferred

WSU Flyers

Permission is not required. Post to any bulletin board in the hallways and stairwells.

Refrain from posting to reserved departmental bulletin boards.

Community Flyers

Visit an information desk, located on the first floor of either building D2 or DSC for approval and permitted bulletin board locations. Flyers will be removed one month after posting date.

Permission is required. Flyers will be removed if not date stamped.
