Flyers may be posted on non-department bulletin boards, and in the elevators and bathrooms. Permission is not required for WSU postings. There are 49 total locations to post flyers. It’s recommended to post half (print ~20-25 flyers).

• Departments are responsible for posting and removing their own materials.
  • Event postings must be removed within one week after the event.
  • Job postings must be removed once the position is filled or within 30 days of posting.
  • Informational postings must be removed within 60 days of posting. 
• 8.5X11-inch flyer size preferred.
• Bulletin boards are located in the D2 and DSC hallways and stairwells.
• Clips within elevators and on bathroom walls are available to hang flyers. 
• Refrain from posting to reserved departmental bulletin boards.
• Refrain from taping or hanging flyers to walls or bathroom stalls.
• Refrain from posting over other flyers

The Davis Campus News is a weekly email sent to WSU Davis students, faculty and staff fall and spring semesters. Email posting requests to Davis Campus at daviscampus@weber.edu.

Include the following in your request:

• Posting start and end date.
• Attach video, graphic or flyer (1920pX1080p resolution, landscape format).
  • Videos should be no longer than one minute.
  • Any posting with sound must be closed captioned.
  • JPEG or PNG are preferred. PowerPoint or PDF are acceptable.
• Indicate specific campus the event or service is for.
• Two-week posting maximum. Work with Aneisa for longer postings.

Tabling is permitted in the DSC Atrium. Six or eight foot tables are available, and include two chairs. To schedule a table, contact Davis Events Scheduling at davisevents@weber.edu. Fees may apply.

With approval, lawn signs and flags may be posted to designated plant beds on campus as long as they are not puncturing any sprinkler heads / lines and flowers / plants.

Advertisers are responsible for the posting and removal of materials.

Signs may only advertise WSU departments / programs or be WSU sponsored.

Signs must be the small signs that can be 'stepped into the ground - This is the size approved for campus grounds. Refrain from puncturing sprinkler heads / lines and flowers / plants.

60 days posting maximum - After which, they must be removed or switched out with a new design.

Signs must be removed when they start to bend or are blown down.

A bulletin board is available in the DSC Atrium for WSU job postings. To have your flyer posted, contact Davis Student Services at davisstudentserivices@weber.edu.

• Flyers will be removed if not approved.
• Flyers are removed one month after posting date.
