HIEEs promote knowledge and skill development that is highly sought by employers and graduate programs.

Completing the Leadership activities identified as HIEEs will help you along your path in the Wildcat Advantage Program as well as helping you prepare for leadership roles in your future endeavors.

Participate in leading the Weber State University Student Association by either being elected to office or being appointed to an area within the WSUSA.

Emerging Leaders is available for students who are new to the university, particularly in their first or second year here.

Become an officer within a club or organization on campus. Assist that group in accomplishing shared vision and goals.

Project LEAD Leadership Conference

Participate in the annual Project LEAD Conference. Identify specific ways you have or will change your leadership style because of what was learned at the conference.

Spring Leadership Excursion

Embark on a Spring Break Leadership Excursion with SIL and the Outdoor Program. As a result, identify ways you will be different as a leader, including any new leadership development goals.
