WILLIAM ANGEL
Ben Lomond High School.

Bio: “Hi my name is William Angel. I am a college advocate and alumni at Ben Lomond High School. I am Salvadorian-American. I am the son of immigrants. I am a mechanical engineering major. What I'm hoping to do after graduation is to work in the renewable energy industry and hopefully get a Masters in sustainable energy. My hobbies are going to the gym, collecting/reading comic books, video games, skateboarding, and watching movies/tv shows. I really do believe in outreach programs like Student 2 Student because I have benefited from them.”
ALLYSON COTTLE
Clearfield High School.

Major: Psychology
Minor: Sociology
Bio: “I love to read! I want to find a job in psychology in California to move after I graduate. A fun fact is that I was born on my older brother's first birthday. I wanted to join Student to Student so I can help kids make their dream come true. I wanted to study radiology but taking many of the human body classes I did in high school I found out I don’t find it interesting at all, but I love learning about the brain and why we act and do the things we do. Right now I am working on getting a house I have wanted to get my first house by the time I was 20 years old.”
STELLA URRY
Ogden High School.

Major: Zoology
Bio: “Fun facts about me are I am half Greek, and I speak some Greek. Hobbies are traveling, shopping, NETFLIX. Career goals: I plan on receiving and earning my bachelor's in zoology while taking pre-med courses. I would like to get into medical school and become a Dermatologist (skin doctor).”
JESSICA AVALOS
Roy High School.

Major: Communication
Bio: “I am a nine-year active duty Air Force. I now serve in the USAF Reserve. I have my 200 hours Reserved Yoga Teacher (RYT), so I give yoga classes on base. I am very involved with the nontraditional student center because I am a non-trad student. I am also the Historian for the Anthropology Club. I am a Communication major with an emphasis on Public Relations and copywriting track. I will graduate in Spring 2020. I hope to one day do the PR for a sports team. I have been with S2S for almost a year and enjoy telling my story and helping students get into college. ”
SONIA VELASCO
George Washington High School.

Major: Social Work
Bio: “Hey my name is Sonia Velasco I will be a college advocate at George Washington High School. I am currently enrolled at Weber State University. I will be majoring in Social Work, I am very excited to see what I learn myself on helping others. I am a very outgoing person and very friendly. I have a special hobby I enjoy to do and that is boxing. I am excited to see what the future holds for me here in the student to student program.”
JACQUELINE PEREZ
Ogden High School.

Major: Respiratory Therapy
Bio: “My name is Jacky. I’m an incoming freshman at Weber State University. I enjoy being outdoors like hiking, tubing, and canoeing. I also enjoy doing community service within the Ogden-Weber community. I will be an Emerging Teacher this year at Weber State University as well as a Student2Student advocate at Ogden High School. I am very excited to be a part of the Student2Student family and help students have a successful experience in college.”
DALLYN HUNT
Bonneville High School.

Major: Graphic Design
Minor: Business
Bio: “My name is Dallyn Hunt. I was born and raised in Ogden. I graduated from Fremont Highschool and am currently a freshman at Weber State University. I have always had a love for art and creating new things, so I am majoring in graphic design and minoring in Business. My favorite color is purple, and I love all things pasta. My dream is to be a designer for big companies like Disney and Pixar.”
CHELSEA CHAPMAN
Clearfield High School.

Major: Drama
Bio: “I am just beginning my college chapter. I am going to become a high school drama teacher. So I can help keep the performing arts alive and keep the joy and happiness alive. In high schools, with the arts, I chose this path because I adore acting and singing and want to share that love. ”
