The School of Radiologic Sciences offers over 50 years of educational experience in medical imaging. Our programs combine classroom instruction and clinical practice taught by highly motivated and nationally recognized faculty. We provide the knowledge and skills you need to work in clinical settings, move up the career ladder and pursue advanced radiologic sciences certification.

Accreditation

The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) recognizes Weber State University’s Radiologic Sciences programs as meeting national professional standards. WSU is a member of the American Council on Education and the American Association of State Colleges and Universities and accredited by the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges and the Utah State Board of Regents.

Mission

We adhere to the mission of Weber State University and the Dr. Ezekiel R. Dumke College of Health Professions in serving needs of the medical community and assisting students in the development of their potential as technologists and as human beings.

Our primary goal is to equip you with the knowledge, skills and judgment needed to render quality health care services. Our secondary goal is to broaden your knowledge within the professional discipline and to maintain professional competency through a desire to participate in lifelong learning.
