About Us
Under the direction of the Utah Board of Higher Education, the Office of the President serves as the Weber State University's principal administrative office. The president's office focuses on a variety of areas, including educational and physical planning; policy recommendations; budget development and control; program coordination; governmental affairs; community involvement and improvement; student education, recruitment, retention and graduation; and leadership in achieving the university's objectives and goals.
The president's office also collaborates with the Board of Trustees and the President's Council on matters of mutual interest, academic policy proceedings and other issues affecting the university's academic well-being.
