IT Planning
The IT Division works to establish a strong sense of direction for our staff, looking for ways we can best contribute. We focus on areas that support the mission of the University’s three goals, which are Access, Learning and Community. Internally we embrace ITIL as a framework of best practices; we plan for the future by building a strategic plan looking out four to five years in the future; and we collaborate as teams to provide focused planning for architecture and systems.
Annual Report
Information Technology provides a yearly Annual Report each July outlining major accomplishments and our theme. We highlight a small fraction focusing on projects contributing directly to the University goals.
IT Architecture Group
The IT Architecture group meets regularly to counsel IT governing bodies and make recommendations about technical direction for the IT Division. See a list of specific responsibilities by clicking below.
ITIL
We have embraced IT Service Management as the way we do business. The ITIL best practice framework allows us to have a common language across campus when speaking with technology experts.
