As the Senior Planner for Cottonwood Heights, Samantha DeSeelhorst oversees a mixture of urban planning and sustainability projects. From a young age, she was fascinated with how cities work, and through her degree in Environmental & Sustainability Studies and Urban Ecology at the University of Utah, she became fascinated with the role cities play in global sustainability. When not reading city code, Samantha enjoys trail running, skiing, and traveling to Southern Utah’s red rock.
