Rex Schwab has been working in the HVAC industry since 2004. He has spent 10 years on-and-off working in Hawaii with heat-pump systems. In 2015, Rex founded the New City HVAC, specializing in VRF/VRV systems (Variable Refrigerant Flow) where he helped design-build various residential and commercial Net-Zero projects. His work has helped over 10,000 tons of VRF/VRV Heat-pump and Heat-Recovery systems installed from Hawaii to Washington DC, including many WSU VRF projects. New City HVAC changed names to New City Mechanical in 2022 to help pursue entire dry and wet side mechanical projects.
