Upcoming Deadlines:

Advisors must complete student contracts by Thursday, October 20 for students graduating December 2022.  We understand that requirements may not be completed this early in the semester, and certainly requirements such as GPA or final grades are unknown. However, the deadline is dictated by the commencement program print schedule, so if your student is on-track, make sure to complete their contract. 

How to complete a contract:
1. Go to the Honors Advisor portal
2. On the "Contracts" page, click on the individual student contract.
3. Select the "Completed" button.

• How to get to the platform
  1. Go to eWeber and search for "Honors".
  2. Select Honors Advisor Portal.
  3. Favorite the icon to find it faster.

• How to enroll a student
  1. Go to the "Applications" page.
  2. You can enroll a student in 3 different ways
     • They have applied themselves and you enroll or decline their application form the pending applications list.
     • You directly add a student and select "Add New Contract" to instantly enroll them.
     • You directly add a student and select "Add New Application".
• How to edit requirements of student contracts
  1. Go to "Contracts".
  2. Find the student and click on their name.
  3. On the "Requirements List" click the requirement you want to change.
  4. Edit the text or type of the requirement.
  5. Clicking the x to close the requirement will ensure it saves.
  6. The student will be emailed the changes and the requirement will be locked pending the student's approval.
• How to edit templates
  1. Go to "Templates" page.
  2. Select on requirement you wish to change.
  3. Edit directly in the text box.
  4. Click "Save Requirement"

  *NOTE* This changes the requirement for all students going forward from the date you edit. This will not change the requirements for existing students. Try to make all edits at the same time.
