Mentoring is an opportunity to create a meaningful relationship with somone to receive guidance as you navigate college. Faculty and staff have much experience in what our campus has to offer. However, the real value comes from their knowledge about graduation and what to expect after. Through research, internships, professionalism, networking, career readiness and exploration, faculty and staff mentors have experiences and knowledge to share! Get a mentor today!

The Faculty and Staff Mentors program provides students at Weber State University with mentoring and coaching to create a lasting impact on their educational, career, and personal development and success through short and long-term mentoring from engaged Faculty and Staff who are supported in their roles.
