Feelings 101 Book Group

Feelings 101 Book Group

Our attitudes and beliefs about emotions and feelings are shaped by our families, communities and cultures. Often the lessons are passed down as emotional heritage. We are taught to fear, dismiss or avoid them...these are not skills that help us navigate our current relationships and needs. The Courage to Feel by Andrew Seubert was written to fill that gap....it's the Emotions 101 primer our families needed but didn't have access to...until now! This group will read this easy-to-read and practical book together. We will discuss the value and vitality of feelings and emotions, understand how they show up for us, reflect on our own emotional learning, and create new visions of personal emotional mastery.
