Meet Your Student Senator

Hunter Caldwell is in her junior year at Weber State. She is an Elementary Education major with a Math Level II endorsement. Hunter’s plans post-graduation are to receive her Master’s of Education Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics. Her goal is to be a fifth-grade teacher and eventually become a statistician or data analyst when she grows up.

Hunter used to reside on the stage, having spent her entire life performing in and working in the world of musical theatre. She had the difficult task of finding new hobbies during quarantine and can now be found outside in the mountains as an avid rock climber and skier! This year, Hunter hopes to find a balance between old hobbies, new hobbies, school and work.

Being a senator and getting involved on campus has been Hunter's favorite experience at Weber State University.    She says, "if you're here just to go to class, find some time to get involved on campus. Go to an event, take up a leadership position, or join a club. The connections and memories you make are 100% worth the time and effort spent".

The best way to get ahold of Hunter is via email at Why would you want to get ahold of her? Because she is super cool. She is someone you can rely on to discuss any problems or questions you might have related to Weber State or the College of Education, and she knows where all the great study spots are!
