As a student in the Department of Zoology, you have the opportunity to
study a wide variety of topics, from the structure of organisms to the
subcellular units of life. Zoologists study the interactions of animals
with one another and their environments, as well as the significance of
the behavior of animals.
The department offers many opportunities to participate in learning
outside the classroom through undergraduate research, preparing you for
work in your future occupation. The majority of our majors are
interested in medical professions, and we do an excellent job of
preparing them for these careers.
