The Women's Studies Program offers tuition and book scholarships each year (as funds are available) for Women's Studies Minors. Applications for these scholarships are made available in the fall and must be submitted to the Women's Studies Coordinator in the Program Office (Social Sciences Building, Room 301) by the deadline in February. In addition, all applicants must also fill out the electronic application required by the scholarship office, available through the student's eWeber portal. Contact the Women's Studies office for details and requirements by calling (801) 626-7632.
The scholarship will be awarded annually to one or more students who participate in the Women’s Studies Program. The scholarship can be used to fund tuition, fees, and/or books for the qualified student(s). Preference will go to non-traditional women students (defined as 25 years of age or older). If there is not a non-traditional woman (or male) student who meets the following criteria, the scholarship can then be awarded to a traditional woman student(s) who participates in the Women’s Studies Program.
