The Women's Center provides scholarships in the form of appointed leadership/activity scholarships and cash assistance.
- WSU provides the Women's Center with four to six leadership scholarships for students.
- Students are invited to volunteer 10-12 hours per week for professional development and/or are given specific leadership responsibilities to fulfill in exchange for the scholarship.
- Cash assistance can be in the form of private scholarships and endowment accounts.
Between January and April the Women's Center often has applications for community based or individually sponsored scholarships such as American Association of University Women and Executive Women International. When available these scholarships are listed on the campus daily bulletins or through the Women's Center listserv.
