Students of all ability levels are welcome, as long as they enjoy bowling and want to improve their skill level.  Meetings will be held at Wildcat Lanes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 2 - 4 p.m. for both men and women.  Competition will occur as a handicapped league every Tuesday afternoon, scores will be tracked and averages will be kept.  Additionally,  On Monday afternoons the club/team members will practice on various sport bowling patterns to hone their competitive skills; wednesday afternoon will be devoted to spare making practice and/or study hall time for athletes needing studyn time to be successful academically; Thursday afternoon will be devoted again to sport bowling practice on conditions mimicing those anticipated at future intercollegiate competitions and to spare practice if we have a tournament that weekend.  The first meeting of the club for fall semester will be on the first Thursday after classes start, at 2 p.m. @ Wildcat Lanes, in the Shepherd Union;  Club officers will be elected and an information session will inform interested students about club membership and tryouts for the men's and women's intercollegiate teams.

Last year the men's team qualified for post season play.  They were invited to bowl in the Las Vegas Sectional.  The team finished the event in 15th place, ranked 56th overall in the nation.
