Vision
To create a pipeline of educational opportunities that would include collaborative partnerships from the K-16 spectrum to encourage traditionally non-college bound students to pursue and successfully complete a post-secondary education that meets the mutual needs of the univeristy, public school system and community.
Initiatives
1) College Access and Transition
Working collaboratively to create a systematic approach to enrollment partnering with Multicultural Youth Conference, Enrollment Services, Scholarship Day, and first-year support programs.
2) College Readiness and Exposure
Creating a standardized training at various levels for mentors, tutors and volunteers working with youth in our public schools. Increasing coordination and accountability of programs for effective use or resources.
3) Connecting College Awareness to Parents and Community
