Through the energy-saving projects and programs implemented on campus, WSU has saved $376,367.83 on its utility bills over the 2011 fiscal year! With regard to electricity consumption, 2,834,205 kilowatt hours were saved which is equivalent to taking 383 cars off of the road. 4,105 decatherms of natural gas were saved in FY 2011 which is the same as taking about 40 cars off of the road.
