II. POLICY:

It shall be the policy of the university that any material dealing with any aspect of the university for publication or distribution off campus be cleared through the office of the vice president for University Relations. This prevents possible error and duplication of effort. It allows also for suggestions leading to placement of similar material in other publications as well as for the supplying of illustrative material unknown to the author.
