Shipping Artwork

  1. Students are responsible for the packing, shipment or delivery of their artwork to NCUR 2012 and any associated costs.

    1. We strongly suggest that students insure their shipment.

    2. NCUR and Weber State University will not be responsible for any loss or damages that occur in shipping

  2. Artwork must be shipped to:  

      NCUR Exhibition
      Shaw Gallery
      Weber State University
      Ogden, UT 84408-2001

  3. A prepaid waybill for its return must be enclosed. Please make shipping arrangements through the U.S. Postal Service, DHL, FedEx, or UPS. COD returns are not acceptable.

  4. Packing

    1. For ease in unpacking do not use wooden crates unless Phillips head screws are used and the crate is designed to be reusable.

    2. All shipping containers must be reusable.

    3. Pack your work securely cushioning it against shocks.

    4. Each work must be labeled with Artist, Title, and Date.

  5. Schedule

    1. All works will remain on display until Saturday March 31st at 5:00PM.

    2. Artwork can be picked up at the gallery starting Monday April 2nd at 9:00AM though Friday April 6th at 4:00 PM.

    3. Return shipments will be sent out between April 2nd and April 16th.
