Biography

Jason Murray is the CEO and co-founder of PACS Group Inc., where he leads a national platform of nearly 300 post-acute care facilities. With over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, Murray has helped transform struggling facilities and create better outcomes for patients. His contributions to healthcare were recognized in 2023, when he was named Mountain West Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young.

Murray is a licensed nursing home administrator and a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He balances his professional career with an active family life, enjoying sports and time with his wife and five children.
