SQ 101: Building the Foundations
This is a free introductory workshop for students to learn what their top five talents are and how they play into their lives, and develop them into strengths. During the session, students will explore their top five strengths provided by the StrengthsQuest Assessment and learn ways to apply their strengths in their daily life. This session is a great springboard into the other StrengthsQuest workshops.

This workshop builds upon the foundation of your top five strengths and learning style to look at how an individual and group can utilize study skills. Students will define their study habits and develop skills to work with individuals with different top strengths.
SQ 401: Lead with Your Strengths

Become the leader that you have always wanted to be. Learn how your strengths can help you get involved on campus. From getting involved just for the weekend to becoming part of a Registered Student Organization, we will help you discover what realm of leadership works best for you.
SQ 501: Strengths Wellness

Did you know your ability to lose weight, make money, and have strong relationships all flow from your natural strengths. While it might be easier to treat these areas as independent, they're not. Based on 50 years of research, it has been discovered that there are five, interconnected areas of our lives we must be aware of if we are to live a successful life. This workshop will explore these five areas and help participants develop a life plan to continue to be successful in each of them.

The “Relate with Your Strengths Workshop” will provide you with the knowledge to develop and improve relationships using your strengths, and it will assist you in channeling your strengths to enhance interactions with friends, significant others, professors, fellow group members, parents, and more!
