Summer Payment Plans
You must have charges on your account before you can enroll in a payment plan. Otherwise, you will receive a message telling you that "you do not have enough eligible charges at this time."
All payment plans are set-up so that the monthly payment is AUTOMATICALLY deducted from the payment method on file. The due dates are detailed below for each plan.
** Special Instructions for payment plans that include Campus Stores **
All payment plans now include campus store charges (if applicable). If you choose to add an additional amount for campus stores, then a separate $10 set-up fee will automatically be added to your payment plan.
Once you have completed the campus stores application and enrolled in a monthly payment plan you will need to go to the WSU Campus Store on the Ogden campus to pick up your Campus store card to make your purchases.
As the additional amount you can borrow is added to, and must be paid for, within your payment plan please borrow responsibly. You will only want to borrow the amount you intend to spend at the Campus stores. Once selected, the amount cannot be changed.

4 Month Campus Stores, Tuition & Fees
$20.00 set-up fee due on enrollment (an additional $10.00 set-up fee will be added for accounts with campus store charges)

3 Month Campus Stores, Tuition & Fees

To avoid late fees being added to your account, you must enroll in a payment plan by the payment deadline of Friday May 3rd, 2013. A $40.00 late fee is added to all unpaid accounts after the payment deadline if they have not been enrolled in a payment plan or have enough financial aid in place to cover the account balance. Beginning on June 7th, 2013 an additional 1% late fee assessment will be added each Friday until the account is paid in full, or has enough financial aid in place to pay the full semester or on an official payment plan.
WSU DOES NOT DROP COURSES FOR NONPAYMENT OR FOR NONATTENDANCE. Students are responsible for paying for courses unless dropped during the 100% refund period.
