Tuition Accounts
 
If the Tuition account debt was incurred before October 17, 2005, the debt is dischargeable under bankruptcy laws.

If the Tuition account debt was incurred after the October date, it may no longer be dischargeable under 11 U.S.C 523 (a)(8)(b) as defined in section 221(d)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. (Please contact your attorney for more information.)
