Michael B. Vaughan
Dr. Michael B. Vaughan serves as Provost of Weber State University. Prior to his appointment as Provost he served as Dean of the John B. Goddard School of Business & Economics. His research interests include the economic impact of antitrust enforcement, economic education and technology-enhanced education. He has written numerous articles and authored several instructional texts. Dr. Vaughan has consulted with publicly-traded corporations as well as government agencies, including the Federal Trade Commission. He presently serves on several corporate and non-profit boards. He earned his doctorate at the University of Nebraska and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Princeton University as part of a program funded by the Pew Trust Charitable Foundation.
