Wutz to Present Lecture on Modern Media Ecology
November 7, 2007

OGDEN, Utah – Michael Wutz, a professor of English and the 2007 Hinckley Fellow, will deliver the annual Hinckley Lecture on Nov. 16 at 1 p.m. in Weber State University's Stewart Library Hetzel-Hoellein Room.

The Hinckley Lecture Series, which began seven years ago, is presented annually by WSU's Hinckley Fellow. The presenter chooses the topic based on personal interests or expertise. Wutz's presentation, "A (Literary) Walking Tour through the Modern Media Ecology," is free to the public.

The Hinckley Fellow is selected through the provost's office based on outstanding teaching, service and scholarship at WSU. Both the award and lecture are made possible through a generous annual gift from the John S. Hinckley family. Please visit weber.edu/AcademicAffairs/hfa_recipients.html for a complete list of past Hinckley Fellows.
