WSU Recognizes Allied Health Professions Week
Weber State University’s Dr. Ezekiel R. Dumke College of Health Professions and the Northern Utah Area Health Education Center (AHEC) would like to invite the public to join in acknowledging National Allied Health Professions Week, which runs from Nov 7-13. Allied health practitioners influence health care delivery by assisting physicians and other health care specialists. WSU offers students degrees or certificates in 10 health field professions. AHEC, which seeks to eliminate shortages of health care professionals in rural and other medically underserved communities through education, is based in the Dumke College.
