Major Fest Helps Students Plan Future

OGDEN, Utah – Weber State University’s Major Fest 2005 will be held Oct. 26 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Shepherd Union Ballrooms.  The event is aimed at helping current WSU students decide on a program of study.

The event, which attracted over 3,000 students last year, is free to the public.  Representatives from all of WSU’s academic departments will be on hand to answer student questions and discuss possible majors and career paths.  Student can learn how to declare their major on this day.

During this event, students can enter to win an A-10 parking pass ($75 value).  There will be free popcorn and other activities as part of the event.
