Health Professions to Hold Information Sessions for Prospective Students

OGDEN, Utah – The Dr. Ezekiel R. Dumke College of Health Professions will hold two pre-application meetings to help students learn more about enrolling in programs and training available in the college.

The meetings will be held Oct. 1 at 2 p.m. and Oct. 2 at 6 p.m. Both sessions will be held in Marriott Allied Health Building Room 101. Information on applying to clinical laboratory sciences, dental hygiene, emergency care & rescue, health administrative services, nursing, radiologic sciences and respiratory therapy will be discussed.

"We get phone calls all the time from students who have questions about how to apply for admission into our programs," said Doug Watson, director of admission advisement for the Dumke College of Health Professions. "These meetings are intended to provide students with all the key information they need, along with an opportunity to talk to representatives from the specific departments."

Watson added that these sessions are not intended for students interested in the pre-med program.

For more information about the meetings, call 801-626-6128.
