Stewart Library to Hold Annual Book Sale

OGDEN, Utah – Books by the bagful will be available for purchase at the Friends of the Stewart Library’s annual book sale on March 30-31 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

While the low prices for clothbound and paperback books have remained the same for nearly a decade – 50 cents or three for $1 for most paperbacks, and $1 or six for $5 for most clothbound books – the location of the book sale has changed slightly.

This year the book sale will be held in the main floor atrium near the remodeled west entry. Videotapes, library t-shirts and specially-priced books will also be for sale. The books for sale are donated and either are duplicates or inappropriate for the library collections. All proceeds from the book sale benefit the resources and services provided by the Stewart Library.
