When a student comes into the Student Support Services program, they will meet with a adviser. Together they explore the student's academic needs and the resources available to develop an individualized system of support. Upon entrance into Student Support Services, an SSS adviser will be assigned to the student.
Advisers are available throughout the school year to help students cope with questions about general education, major course requirements, major selection, financial aid, career exploration, graduation requirements, and graduate school.
If you are interested in meeting with an advisers, simply drop by any adviser's office or call 626-7009 and make an appointment.
This Student Support Services Project is 100% federally funded. The grant amount for the 2012/2013 school year is $401,130.
