Dr. Russell joined the faculty of the Goddard School in 1991, after serving as a career officer in the United States Air Force for twenty-four years. He has previously taught economics, statistics, and logistics at U.S. Air Force Academy, the University of Colorado, Brigham Young University, and Arizona State University. His research interests include procurement strategies for high-value capital assets and quantitative approaches to supplier management and evaluation.
