Admission Checklist

 

You will be considered for admission to WSU as a transfer student if you:

  • Have completed at least 30 semester credit hours at an accredited institution
  • Have a cumulative college GPA of a 2.0
  • If you do not have at least 30 semester credit hours, you must apply as a freshman.
  • If you have a GPA below 2.0, you will be referred to the Admissions Committee and may be admitted to WSU on warning or probation according to the current Academic Standards Policy.

Apply to WSU
Apply to the university online at weber.edu.  Some programs may require an additional departmental admissions process.  Please talk to your advisor to find out if you need to apply to your program of study.

Transfer Classes
Send transcript 4-6 weeks prior to registration. See how your classes will transfer at weber.edu/transferguide.

Prepare Finances
Apply for financial aid here or transfer your financial aid to have everything done by the start of school.

Attend Orientation
This is a great opportunity to meet with your departmental advisor, see how your courses transfer, register for classes, and get prepared for the first day of school.  To sign up click here.

Meet with Advisor
Your advisor will help you select the classes you need to get the degree. Visit weber.edu or call the department for your major.

Register for Classes
Log into your eWeber account at weber.edu and click the student services tab, then register.  For help setting up your eWeber account click here.
