Weber State University's Department of Dental Hygiene offers two degree options: an Associate of Science and a Bachelor of Science -- the only bachelor's degree in dental hygiene available in Utah.

The Dental Hygiene Program is three years in length. The first year consists of prerequisite courses that may be taken at any college or university. The next two years (four semesters) must be taken on a full-time basis and include professional dental hygiene courses offered on the WSU campus. An optional fourth year leads to the bachelor's degree.
