Personal Biography
Position: Instructor, Computer Science.
Degree: 2011 – B.S. in Computer Science, with a minor in Business Multimedia Technology from Weber State University, 2009 – A.A.S. in Computer Science from Weber State University.
Current Field of Study: My current passion is mobile development. I am really excited about the possibilities of portable internet connected devices to change our lives. I have practical professional experience developing mobile applications for both IOS and Android with a particular focus on Android development. I am also experienced in developing large scale RIAs through Actionscript, PHP, HTML, CSS, and javascript.
Biggest Accomplishment in CS: I first started professional programming at the age of 16. My first major project, which was written entirely on my own, was sold internationally for 7 years and used at universitys and goverments around the world. The next version took two years of full time development, and was completed just before I began teaching.
Something Interesting: I am a born and bred Ogden-ite. I went through Weber State University’s Computer Science program, and began teaching immeidately after graduation. My hobbies include writing Andoid Apps, digital photography, motorsports, biking, and wake boarding.
