Parenting Education
Course description:  Parenting class offered to promote healthy and nurturing parenting skills. Basic Survival Skills for Parents 0-12- These are two-hour sessions that meet once a week. Classes are ongoing so parents can start at any time and must attend 12 sessions to complete the class curriculum.  $25 fee paid and $25 gift card given back after course is complete

Stepfamily Education Classes
Course description:  Educational program focusing on issues unique to stepfamily relationships.  Concurrent classes for adults and youth ages (6-18).  Fun and educational activities offered for the entire family.  Free childcare 0-5yrs, dinner is provided, $25 fee paid, and $25 gift card given back after course is complete

Home buyer education class
Course description:  This course will give you the tools to wisely manage your finances and attain the dream of owning a home. Class will encompass what you can afford, mortgages, money management and credit, and shopping for a home. Fee: $10 per household. Call 801-399-8207 to reserve a seat.

Children First, Safety Always
Course description:  free of charge car seat program, learn to protect your child in the car, hands on practice installing and using child restraints, Child safety seats available to purchase after completing the class and fee is based on household income

Safe Harbor
Agency description: Safe Harbor, a non-profit organization, provides shelter, supportive services and advocacy to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, as well as education, awareness and resources to our community.  Safe Harbor's Outreach Program provides women and children the opportunity to learn about domestic violence and its effects.  The Outreach Program includes educational support groups designed to provide education, support and personal empowerment to those attending; Advocacy is provided to our clients by providing information, referrals, support and direction; and Community education is offered to any group, including schools, churches, businesses or human services providers.
