oWSU Collegiate DECA Students Excel At State Leadership Conference Competitive Events
The Weber State University Chapter of Collegiate DECA competed with students from other Utah colleges and universities at the 2013 State Career Development Conference at Dixie State University on February 8 – 9. Competitive events included Business Simulations, Case Studies, and Prepared Presentations. Out of twenty five Weber State students who participated, ten finished in 1st place, four in 2nd place and four in 3rd place. Eighteen additional finished as top six finalists. The WSU Chapter of Collegiate DECA did an outstanding job and will be attending the International Career Development Conference, April 17-20, in Anaheim, California.
